Providence is calling a Clinical Rehabilitation Manager to Providence locations in Everett, Renton and Olympia WA.

We are seeking experienced Clinical Managers to provide leadership for the coordination and administering of efficient and effective delivery of interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home.

In this position you will:
• Act as an advocate for patients in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity and security.
• Maintain select components of operating budget, staffing levels, therapy productivity and quality of services for the respective programs and affiliated program staff.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation and oversight of skills competency and performance as per state and/or federal regulation.
• Work in conjunction with Clinical Directors and Patient Care Coordinators to develop and implement all clinical policies and procedures for Home Health, both department specific and those that apply to Home Health.
• Facilitate collaborative working relationships within Home Health.

Required qualifications for this position include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy licensure in Washington State
• Current provider CPR certification
• Valid driver's license in Washington state and access to daily use of an insured reliable vehicle or an alternate ability to travel to sites as required
• Current Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification required or must be earned within six (6) months from date of hire or as soon as certification is offered
• 2 or more years experience working in home health rehabilitation
• 5 or more years supervisor and/or management experience
